Truegild is an independent luxury retailer that curates and sells high-quality products from renowned fashion and lifestyle brands. We source our products from a trusted network of authorized boutiques, retailers, and wholesale partners worldwide, with a particular focus on Japan — one of the world's largest and most discerning markets for luxury goods.
Our business operations are headquartered in USA. When you place an order with Truegild, you are purchasing from us — we are the seller of record. We are responsible for your order, your payment, your shipping, and your customer service experience.

SECTION 2 — ELIGIBILITY
By using this Site and placing orders, you represent that:

All prices on our Site are displayed in United States Dollars (USD).
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Maestro, UnionPay, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna.
All transactions are processed securely using SSL encryption. Your full card number is never accessible to us — we only receive the last four digits, along with your billing and shipping information.
We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing, whether on our Site, in an order confirmation, or otherwise. If a product's correct price is higher than the listed price, we will contact you before processing the order to confirm whether you wish to proceed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed at an incorrect price, including orders that have already been confirmed.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) at the listed price. We may accept or decline your order at our sole discretion.
You may cancel an order within 12 hours of placement by contacting us at contact@truegild.com with your order number. After 12 hours, orders enter processing and may not be eligible for cancellation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

- Errors in product or pricing information
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
- Orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors
If we cancel your order, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
