Conceived as a faithful reproduction of 1970s Austrian military sports shoes, the Maison Margiela sneaker distils the house's deconstructivist philosophy into a single, precisely rendered silhouette. The low-top upper is cut from buffed nappa calfskin. Calfskin suede overlays define the toe box, quarter panels, and eyestays.

A supple lambskin lining ensures refined comfort against the foot. Concealed elasticised gussets at the vamp permit an uninterrupted profile. The padded collar features the house's signature white stitch at the heel tab.

Constructed in Italy on a treaded crêpe rubber sole. Pair with relaxed wool trousers and an unstructured blazer to ground tailoring with understated counterpoint.
